Beltaine is the Pagan holiday celebrated on May 1, commonly known as May Day. On this day, approximately halfway between the Spring Equinox and Summer Solstice, revelers light a large bonfire and make merry late into the night.This piece evokes the revelry and playfulness of this celebration.
